We primarily ship with the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, La Poste, and Chronopost. All shipping times are calculated after order production (if customized or otherwise prepared) and processing (as there is no maximum processing time depending on the order). We therefore appreciate your patience and trust.
We have several warehouses in France and Europe.
The choice of carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment and the products ordered on our site.
Packages are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours of ordering. Additional time is required for all orders involving customization of lenses, frames, or other elements.
You may sometimes receive part of your order before the rest, due to the different storage locations of each package and their availability; you will have tracking numbers corresponding to each part of your order.
Your purchases may be shipped in multiple packages due to the size of some products. You will be able to track each package using its tracking number.
Additional customs fees are rare, but may be charged upon delivery of your order (usually less than €10). We ask that you accept and pay these fees to receive your order. We are not responsible for paying these fees, but we generally offer discounts and promotional codes as a gesture of goodwill for future orders to customers who have paid customs fees.
